How Much: The facilty is rented out on a first come basis to Lakeshore Owners only for $100 per day, and a $500 refundable deposit.

 

What is the occupancy? - up to 100

 

We have 40 chairs, 6 round tables and 4 6ft long banquet tables

 

Is Insurance needed? Yes, $1,000,000

 

Cleaning must be done or Lakeshores cleaning crew can be hired for an additional fee.
